This describes how to install the software from the eclipsefp project. (You can install either the Haskell or the OCaml support separately, or both.) You need some language-specific prerequisites, see the pages of the subprojects for details. |
Installation
Start Eclipse and choose from the menu Help > Software Updates > Find
and Install. Select 'Search for new features to install', hit 'Next'.
Press 'Add update site', enter whatever you like as 'Name' and
Note: if you access the internet though a proxy server (this is the case in many organisations) then you must tell Eclipse about the proxy: Window > Preferences > Install/Update. Alternatively, you can download the entire update site for every release from the sourceforge file release site. Start Eclipse and choose from the menu Help > Software Updates > Find and Install. Select 'Search for new features to install', hit 'Next'. Press 'Add archived site' and browse to the downloaded file. Press 'OK', check the checkbox and hit 'Next'.
